Welcome to Moto Bike tour Moscow – St.Petersburg in the memory of Afanasiy Nikitin! Circa 1469, young maverick traveler Afanasi Nikitin in search of the famed Indian diamonds and precious stones lands on the shores of Revdanda in Maharashtra, he comes from Tver region near Moscow in Russia. His travels reach far into the heartland of India up to Kallur, which is now a part of Telangana. This places his arrival in India around 27 years before Vasco Da Gama who is widely thought to be the first European to reach India (now we know better).
Afanasi Nikitin departed from India around 1472 from the shores of Dhabhol, Maharashtra for Russia and set foot in Crimea, the Russian Riviera, where he wrote the first historical and cultural description of India on European soil, the book is called ‘Journey beyond Three Seas’ and a movie is also been made in 1957 (a joint Indo-Russian production) with the same name….

Care My Tours India invite You to an unforgettable journey on motorcycles “Ural” on the ice of lake Baikal! Ice Ride offers the unique opportunity to ride across the frozen waters of the largest, deepest and biotically richest fresh water lake in the world. The surface of The frozen Lake Baikal is covered in fields of ‘hummocks’, small hills of ice rubble. Beneath the ice surface, geothermic springs and seismic activity cause localized melting that weakens the ice to form holes and cracks. Transparent Baikal ice and sparkling hummocks particularly impressive in March-April. After the thaw and strong wind that blows away all the snow, the ice becomes perfectly polished. Through it are perfectly visible on the shallow rocks at the bottom. It’s the perfect time for travel on the ice: warm, you can go in light clothing, without gloves, and even short-term to strip down to t-shirts.
The sky is so blue, the sky pure, and the snowy mountains opposite shore distinctly different levels of detail, as if they were nearby.
Anyone who has travelled on the ice of lake Baikal, will tell you a strange story that the ice is talking. It’s true. In the morning you have to put your ear almost to the surface, to hear the voice of ice, but in the evening this faint rattle turns into a real drone, carried by the wind for miles. This sound creates in the soul the sensation that speak with the nature.
On the Baikal ice it feels like this journey not on lake, but on some unknown Planet. The beautiful and unusual.
